The 31 ICS Ioroball Cup was the ninth edition of the ICS Ioroball Cup. It was the first ICS Ioroball Cup to feature sixteen teams (or anything more than eight).

It was held on Aqualis.

The Capital planetary Ioroball team won the cup with a very good and rather unusual record - they won all their matches in regulation time and scored exactly five goals in each of the six matches they played, giving them 30 goals scored in total, and conceded only two (in separate matches). This was especially surprising given their rather poor performance at the special 30 ICS Ioroball Cup, though they did do well at the 29 ICS Ioroball Cup. Capital's record at this cup has been compared at that of the Ma'Paler planetary Ioroball team at the next cup (the 33 ICS Ioroball Cup), of which Ma'Paler was the champion. Like Capital at this cup, Ma'Paler won all their matches in regulation time, but they did not concede any goals at all. However, they did score much less goals than Capital at this cup.
