Atmospheric Discharge Capacitor

An Atmospheric Discharge Capacitor is a Telian device used to capture atmospheric electrical discharges and distribute this energy within the Telios Prime primary power grid. By creating large fields of these devices, it has been possible to modify the planetary weather patterns and avoid dangerous environmental conditions. Although a significant source of power, its lack of uniformity makes it a secondary power generation method for Telians.
