  • Attribute Bonuses: Rational Thought (RT)
  • Prerequisite: Academic (Arithmetic)
  • Successes: +1 per 20 successes and/or 20 hours of study
  • Tutoring: +1 per 10 hours
  • Schooling: +1 per 5 hours
  • Application: All bonuses are added to the d10 roll against a difficulty roll whenever a character conducts accounting tasks. Successes are determined by achieving a desired result or by successfully remembering a substantial accounting principle. Although other skills may add to this modifier, this skill does not improve any other skill. GMs may modify this skill based on circumstances.

BRPG Civil (Architectural Engineering)Edit

Description: Civil (Architectural Engineering) is a skill used to measure a character's ability to design, construct and build original and unique architectural blueprints for construction. A bonus of 1-10 means that a character is mediocre at engineering and must use a lot of resources and time to complete a project, whereas a bonus of 11-20 means a character can often complete projects in little time with little help. A successful skill check, rolled against a Game Master's difficulty roll means a particular engineering project was completed successfully and/or the player was able to recall or apply engineering concepts to a particular task.

Description: Civil (Civil Engineering) is a skill used to measure a character's ability to design, construct and stabilize buildings, monuments, bridges, and other structures. A bonus of 1-5 means that a character is mediocre at engineering and must use a lot of resources and time to complete a project, whereas a bonus of 6-10 means a character can often complete projects in little time with little help. A bonus of 1-5 means that a character is mediocre at understanding and operating industrial equipment, whereas a bonus of 6-10 means a character is quite proficient. A successful skill check, rolled against a Game Master's difficulty roll means a piece of industrial equipment was used successfully and/or the player was able to recall or apply industrial equipment knowledge to a particular task.

BRPG Civil (Interrogate)Edit

  • Attribute Bonuses: Influence (IN)
  • Successes: +1 per 10 successes and/or 8 hours of study
  • Tutoring: +1 per 4 hours
  • Schooling: +1 per 2 hours
  • Duration: None
  • Application: All bonuses are added to the d10 roll against an opposing character’s Resist Manipulation whenever a character attempts to retrieve information from a character who does not want to divulge it. Successes are determined if the character successfully and accurately receives information from the opposing character. Although other skills may add to this modifier, Interrogate does not improve any other skill. GMs may modify this skill based on the level of secrecy of the information.

  • Application: All bonuses are added to the d10 roll against an opposing character’s Negotiate Skill whenever the character tries to negotiate terms, conditions or agreements with an opposing character that has a different set of needs. Successes are defined as a result ending in agreed compromise between both characters. Although other skills may add to this modifier, Negotiate does not improve any other skill. GMs may modify this skill based on circumstances.

BRPG Civil (Rehabilitation)Edit

Description: Civil (Rehabilitation) is a skill used to measure a character's ability to understand the concepts of prisons, prison systems, sentence processes, and rehabilitation programs as well as the ability to create processes around these concepts and implement them. A bonus of 1-10 means that a character is mediocre at understanding legal concepts, whereas a bonus of 11-20 means a character is quite proficient. A successful skill check, rolled against a Game Master's difficulty roll means the knowledge was understood or applied successfully.
