Features:

Planets, star systems and and interstellar gasses rotate around the Prime Core, the locations of the supermassive Black Hole Inatus (BP1:-1). Eight logarithmic spirals starting at the outer edges of Inatus, radiate outwards, forming eight massive Arms: Ionro (Arm 1), Erepacus (Arm 2), Rovionus (Arm 3), Urcx (Arm 4), Tumusc (Arm 5), Sovlicar (Arm 6), Taratisus (Arm 7) and Latinius (Arm 8).

Civilized History:

Basilicus Prime was loosely formed about 55 billion years ago and took its current shape about 25 billion years ago. About 5 billion years later, the first known species was born in the center of the galaxy and it was their society that ensure an interstellar existence for hundreds of species throughout the galaxy.

Civilized Society:

In the Ionro Arm of Basilicus Prime a network of interstellar civilizations exist in close proximity with one another. They know of each other and are involved in various negotiations and conflicts. In the Latinius Arm of Basilicus Prime, there is a collection of Empires, which all are formed by the same species: The Latinians. They build an alliance.

Anomalies and Special Qualities:

The first known civilization in Basilicus Prime erected a number of rings in the galaxy, that through dimensional shifting can transport travelers to other rings with no time expenditure. It is unknown how many of these rings exist or where they all are.
