Silon Major is a planet near the center of the Trillian Sector. It is the largest of the two inhabited worlds of the Silon System. Silox, Guirtan and Erion are three major urban areas on Silon Major that connect what is often referred to as the bread basket of the Dominion to hungry populations on Locus, Polinosis and Carronis as well as other heavily urbanized worlds.

Agriculture is the major economic activity of Silon Major.
