Congressional Law refers to the specific legal jurisdiction under the Congressional Charter enforced by the Congress of Crystaldeep within the Kelos Sector. Congressional Law describes all locations, organizations and individuals that are liable for and covered by the authority of the Congress of Crystaldeep. This is defined by what organizations and institutions have signed the Congressional Charter and so directly applies to individuals that are members of said organizations and property owned by the same.
