The Cosseli Metropolitan Authority is the major government and improvement body of Cosseli. The CMA manages the Skylanes, the Cosseli SkyTram system, and Wyndryll InterStellar Spaceport. It also maintains the police force that serves the city.The CMA is made of two components, both of which are elected, the Lord Governor of Cosseli who creates the proposed budget and has executive powers, and the Cosseli Council, which has the power to counter any of the Governor's decsions.

The Council also includes the Board of Development, which approves all designs for the buildings and transport of the city.
