The Highlord Alliance is a military alliance between the Helics, Highlords, and Kelosians against the expansion of the Arrqs. Established in 21,997 GST, the Alliance was created to stop the Arrq Invasion of the Kelos System. Even after the Arrqs were removed from the Kelos System, they continued to strike colonies and other civilizations and so the alliance remained to keep them at bay.
