Quantum thought is a thought process tied directly to the basic functioning of the universe, without any processing that requires linear travel (even of impulses). Hollowstar philosophy states that the universe stops to wait for a confused quantum thinker, but whatever the reason, a creature with quantum thought can perform detailed analysis in no time at all.
